Rates are listed below and vary depending on the day of the week of the event. Discounts may be given for parties booking a 2 day event.

Rental Rates

Weekday Rental

Rentals occurring Monday - Thursday range from $500-$1500 depending on event type and number of people attending.

Friday or Sunday Rental

Friday or Sunday rentals are $2000 for full day.

Saturday Rental

Saturday rentals are $3000 for full day.

Included in Rate

Rate includes full use of barn, any outside area, and bridal suite for day of event. Tables and chairs for 100 are provided with rental. We also have various 6 foot, 8 foot, and 5 foot tables for use for food presentation, cake table, gift table or as you see fit. If booking a wedding, you may also have your wedding portraits taken on the property.
